Your journey to the heart of the island of Rügen

If "Boldevitz" does not appear in your navigation system, please enter "Parchtitz" as the destination and "Boldevitz" as the street name. However, do not turn right onto State Road 301 toward Parchtitz; instead, continue for about 3.5 km. After the turnoff toward Parchtitz, the second exit on the left leads to Boldevitz.
Take the B96 toward Stralsund. At the traffic light intersection in Bergen, turn right toward Gingst / Schaprode. The third exit leads left to Boldevitz.
Cross the Rügen Bridge and follow the new B 96 for about 24 km. Just before Bergen, take the exit toward Sassnitz. At the roundabout, take the second exit and continue toward Sassnitz. After about 3 km, you’ll come to a traffic light intersection where the left turn leads to Gingst / Schaprode. The third exit on the left will take you to Boldevitz.
Once you enter Boldevitz, keep right at the fork, continue for about 200 meters, and park in one of the two parking lots in front of the administration building, just past the beech hedge.

You can submit your booking request directly through our website, by email, or by phone. You can also make a reservation through our selected booking partners. Once we’ve checked availability, we’ll send you a binding offer. Your booking is confirmed once we receive your deposit.
As a family-run business with a limited number of apartments, we plan every stay with great care. We rely on planning certainty and therefore rent out our properties based on a written contract. Once the contract is signed, a 30% deposit is due and must be paid by bank transfer within 7 days. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 4 days before your arrival.
If you need to cancel your stay, we charge a €50.00 processing fee if you cancel up to 45 days before the start of your rental period. For cancellations made at shorter notice, the following fees apply: 30% of the total price if canceled up to 30 days before arrival, 75% if canceled up to 10 days before arrival, and 90% if canceled up to one day before the start of your rental period.
Keys will be handed over on-site by our front desk. Please let us know your estimated arrival time in advance so that we can prepare everything for your arrival.
To ensure a relaxing start to your vacation, the beds will be made upon your arrival. Towels for personal use and dish towels will be provided. The fee for final cleaning ranges from €75.00 to €190.00, depending on the size of the apartment. Upon request, you can book an interim cleaning or an additional linen change during your stay for an extra charge.
Boldevitzer Rügenkaten operates exclusively as a vacation rental property. We do not offer hotel services or breakfast. However, shared laundry facilities are available for your use. A special feature of our property is our on-site fruit and vegetable gardens, from which our guests are welcome to pick produce for their own use.
Yes, your dog is very welcome here. Our 11-hectare landscape park, along with the adjacent fields and forests, offers the perfect setting for walks in unspoiled nature. We charge €12 per day for your dog’s stay.
Boldevitz is located in the peaceful heart of the island. The fine-sand Baltic Sea beaches along the north and east coasts are about a 20-minute drive away. This central location offers you the distinct advantage of being able to explore all that Rügen has to offer—from the chalk cliffs to the Zick Mountains—at your own pace, while returning to the absolute tranquility of the island’s interior in the evening.
There are tennis courts on the grounds that our guests are welcome to use. During the summer months, we also offer tennis lessons. Our on-site lake is a great place to cool off. For relaxation, most of our cottages have their own saunas.
